Our consultancy is led by Sue Rose and Mathias Ndamutsa, with over 25 years of experience in the health and social care sector as Registered Managers and Quality Monitoring Officers.
Our Leadership Team is dedicated to providing our clients with the highest quality consulting services to transform and improve services within the health and social care sector.
With over 25 years of experience in the health and social care industry, Sue has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. She has obtained NVQs at levels 3, 5, and 7, and is a certified registered manager with community care organisations and residential care facilities. Sue is passionate about providing quality care and respects the decisions and preferences of every client. She is committed to building positive working relationships with clients, families, colleagues, and other experts.
Mathias is passionate about delivering excellence and consistently works to the highest standards. He leads a team that provides professional evidence-based health and social care to improve customers’ care delivery services. With extensive experience in setting up new businesses and quality monitoring systems, he is committed to delivering professional services to customers. Mathias has achieved levels 3 and 5 in health and social care management, and a BA in International Relations and Development studies. He works effectively alongside customers to achieve the best possible outcomes in a timely manner.
